Local Chapters fortify the Outdoors Without Limits mission and activities. Each chapter is made up of members, along with a community of participants, mentors, volunteers, and partners.

Anyone who loves the outdoors and has a heart for our mission is welcome to get involved.

It’s only through grassroots community-based, efforts, that we can raise awareness and change the stereotypes that challenge the disabled in so many areas of their lives.
Chapters bring together outdoor enthusiasts. They get involved in fundraising events and they coordinate guided, safe, hands-on outdoor recreational events. Our local chapters give friends, family, and entire communities a way to participate with those who have disabilities and, together, do what was never though possible.

The key to bringing more opportunities to more disabled people lies with local chapters and their members, partners, volunteers, and mentors.
Chapter Goals:

• To challenge stereotypes about disability and promote awareness of “ability” in a positive environment.
• To build awareness and change the heart of a community through outdoor experiences.
• To create a positive environment where members, family, and old and new friends meet, get connected, involved, and active.
• To coordinate awareness, fundraising, and outdoor recreation events to support the growth of the chapter and the national program.
